I believe in the power of each soul and our ability to help one another heal. I focus my energy on each client’s needs to help facilitate the space for change.

I am a licensed massage therapist with over 900 hours of training in both Eastern and Western modalities. I continued my training to include deep tissue, prenatal, aromatherapy, and energy work.

Everyone deserves a way to decompress and refocus on what is most important to them.

In my free time, I love to be outside exploring, soaking up all that mother nature has to offer.
